Olympic Auto Shine of Naples – Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in any Olympic Auto Shine of Naples Membership Plan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership Overview
Olympic Auto Shine of Naples (“OASN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides recurring mobile detailing services to members in Naples, FL and surrounding service areas. Membership services are performed at the customer’s home, residence, or approved location.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled according to Section 7 of this agreement.
2. Service Plans & Inclusions
Members receive the services listed under their chosen plan (Gold or Silver) on a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance schedule.
Each new membership includes:
One-Time Reset Detail billed at the Member Express Detail rate
Member-only discounts on add-on services
Priority booking
Multi-vehicle discounts where applicable
Exact services included in each plan are described on the Membership page of our website. OASN reserves the right to modify or adjust service offerings as needed for operational efficiency or quality standards.
3. Membership Billing & Payments
3.1 Recurring Billing
Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days to the card on file unless cancelled.
3.2 Failed Payments
If a payment method fails, OASN will attempt to process payment up to three (3) times. After 7 days of unsuccessful billing, services may be paused or suspended until payment is resolved.
3.3 Pay-In-Full Annual Memberships
Annual “pay in full” Memberships (when offered) are non-refundable. Members who pay annually may receive one (1) complimentary month or reduced annual pricing as a courtesy. This offer may not always be advertised publicly.
4. Reset Detail Policy
A one-time Reset Detail is required before routine maintenance services begin.
This ensures the vehicle is brought up to a professional baseline.
Reset Detail pricing matches our Express Detail rate, with:
20% off for Gold Members
10% off for Silver Members
OASN may require additional restoration work (at an added charge) if the vehicle’s condition exceeds the scope of an Express Detail.
5. Access, Location, and Vehicle Availability
Members must ensure:
The vehicle is onsite and accessible during the scheduled time
Keys are available when needed
There is adequate working space around the vehicle
The work area is safe and free of hazards
If a vehicle is inaccessible, service may be skipped and counted toward the Membership cycle unless rescheduled within our availability.
6. Weather, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
6.1 Weather Delays
Florida weather may require rescheduling. Safety and quality are our priority.
6.2 Member Rescheduling
Members may reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment with no penalty.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the appointment being forfeited for that cycle.
6.3 OASN Missed Appointments
If OASN must cancel or reschedule and cannot provide the service within a reasonable timeframe, the member will receive a complimentary make-up service or credited service at OASN’s discretion.
7. Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations received after the billing date will apply to the next cycle — no refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.

8. Multi-Vehicle & Additional Vehicle Terms
Membership pricing applies to one primary vehicle unless additional vehicles are enrolled.
Additional vehicles receive:
Gold Member: 20% off
Silver Member: 10% off
Each vehicle must undergo its own Reset Detail unless otherwise approved.
9. Add-On Services & Pricing
Members receive discounted rates on eligible add-on services such as:
Ceramic coating
Paint enhancement/polishing
Interior deep cleaning
Odor removal
Pet hair removal
Engine bay detail
Headlight restoration
Clay bar treatments
Wax/sealant services
Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or required labor.
OASN reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline services that exceed reasonable scope.
10. Liability, Damages & Safety
OASN is insured and trained to operate professionally and safely.
However, we assume no liability for:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Loose or malfunctioning parts
Electronics not designed for moisture exposure
Aftermarket equipment
Members must disclose any sensitive components before service.
If accidental damage occurs during service, OASN will notify the customer immediately and handle the matter under our insurance policies as appropriate.
11. Service Refusal
OASN reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any vehicle that:
Presents a safety hazard
Contains biohazards
Requires repairs beyond the scope of a detail
Is in an excessively neglected condition that cannot be completed within the membership time frame
In such cases, OASN may recommend a deep-cleaning service at the standard rate.
12. Satisfaction Guarantee
OASN offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to all members.
If a scheduled maintenance service is missed by OASN and cannot be made up within a reasonable time frame, the customer will receive:
A complimentary service credit OR
A free month (Gold/Silver) at OASN’s discretion
This guarantee does not apply to:
Weather-related cancellations
Member no-shows
Vehicles that were not accessible
Situations outside OASN’s control
13. Changes to Membership Terms
OASN may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Members will be notified if changes materially affect pricing or service frequency.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
