Return & Exchange Policy

At Olympic Auto Shine of Naples, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. The following policy outlines our return and exchange process:

📦 Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

• Condition: Products must be new and unused, in original packaging.

• Return Method: Returns can be made by mail.

• Return Label: A return shipping label will be provided for download and print at no cost.

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

🔄 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for any eligible product within the same 30-day return window. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

💲 Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
